Your Call To Action – Be A Co-Creator

It’s never been more important than now to understand the concept of being a co-creator. I ask in my coaching/therapy form what your understanding of this concept is and realize not everyone understands it. I see it as a template for all your action. Let me explain.

Co-creation is your ability to align with something greater than yourself, your purpose, your values, your relationship with the divine, and with God. However you define those things as an individual, its essence is the same – you are working with the energy of a higher purpose.

As we watch the impact of greed and power-driven values play out here and around the world, it doesn’t take long to realize we have a responsibility to do something different. You probably already are, so this is an invitation to make it more conscious.

Consider these features of being a Co-Creator; they align with the ancient wisdom principles.

PUT YOUR VALUES FIRST

The first Law Of Mentalism says that everything starts with a thought. Your values are ideas, your internal guidelines, that you match with action. Notice if your work, relationships, and day-to-day activities line up with your values – your core beliefs about what is important in life. Being kind, giving more than you take, honoring family and friends, being ethical, responsible, fair, collaborative, rather than competitive, and acting with integrity are a few examples.

Understanding your values is an important step to ensuring your actions match your beliefs. There is nothing more depressing and anxiety-provoking than to be in situations where you do not believe in the mission or values of what you do. Co-creating starts when your values and actions are in alignment.

RECOGNIZE HOW YOU SERVE A GREATER GOOD

The second Law Of Correspondence is especially important to understand the concept of co-creation. There is a reciprocal relationship between your connection to something greater and how you act – thus the axiom, “as above, so below, as below so above”. When you become conscious of how you serve something greater than yourself, it is much easier to be clear about how you are co-creating with the divine in your day-to-day actions.

We are all here for a purpose, do you understand yours? Our purpose is always something positive, and as such serves the greater good. At every level it’s important, it doesn’t require you have an agenda to save the world. Like the pebble in the pond, your ripple of good gets carried far. Consider what that means for you.

STAY ALIGNED WITH YOUR HIGHER POWER

As a co-creator, being consistent, staying in alignment, and communicating with your higher power (2nd law) activates the third Law of VibrationYou then become a magnet to draw more congruent people and activities to you. This makes your actions as a co-creator especially powerful.

Notice how it takes all three components, your thought/values of the 1st law, serving the greater good of the 2nd law to make your vibration of the 3rd law a powerful force of co-creation.

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENS AROUND YOU

Part of being a co-creator is also understanding the sixth Law of Cause and Effect. Every action you take has an impact – you are both the cause and the effect for everything that happens around you. When you lash out at someone, that anger gets transferred back and out. Just as when you do something kind.

Taking responsibility for your actions is your job as an adult; it is a sign of maturity. Blame, as an adult, is no longer relevant because as a co-creator, you have a role to play in everything that happens to you. (There are caveats related to age and trauma.) When you fully recognize the power you have with all the events around you, it creates conscious reactions and behavior. Co-creation takes responsibility.

Being conscious as a co-creator is our call to action that will help solve many of the problems in our society and world.

Think about how the impact of your values, your desire to serve the greater good, being aligned with your higher power, and taking responsibility makes you a powerful co-creator.
