Why do you need to raise your energy? It’s necessary to create balance in the battle between the mind sets of Abundance & Love VS. Scarcity & Fear. We are inundated with negativity – from our dreadful politics, news channels capitalizing on it, to weather reports beating the drum of fear. The negative energy is pulling us all down, blocking progress. *
All of this relates to the Laws of Manifestation. Instead of assuming that there’s nothing one person can do, pay attention to what one person has done to generate so much hatred, racism, and chaos. The more there is, the more he thrives. Recognize that we can all help change this trajectory by raising our own energy and putting positivity back in circulation.
Here is how to raise your energy and create a more positive balance.
FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE – WHAT YOU THINK MANIFESTS
You know this, yet we tend to forget when under stress. Your negative fearful thoughts beget more of the same and contribute to the development of negative outcomes. Remember your thoughts are like a 3D printer, you are creating a template for something to be made real. Focus and meditate on what you want to happen. It’s essential for lifting our current depressed energy.
FOCUS ON THE GREATER GOOD
Check your thoughts and ask if they serve your greater good and those of others. Fearful, negative, judgmental thoughts never serve us. They’re like a drug, making you dependent, insecure to trust your own instincts and wisdom. I’m not saying be blasé in the face of danger, it’s the opposite, trust your inner guidance. It takes practice to discern which thoughts are real. Right now, the negative aspects of social control are obvious.
NOTICE WHAT YOU ARE ATTRACTING
Your alignment with a positive mindset shows in what you are attracting. If you can say that you like what is happening in your life, (there’re some caveats), you’re on the right track. If things are clearly not going well, look at the interplay of your thoughts, their alignment to your greater good and what you’re attracting.
