Watching friends launch something big has been awe inspiring. Especially since I am at the beginning stages of it myself. What has been apparent is there are specific steps and when you are on the right track, it all comes to you with relative ease.
My friend, Dr. Kinga Mnich, has a big dream of starting an online magazine, hosting regular women’s empowerment conferences, and starting a podcast*. She launched over the course of a month. It was phenomenal to watch. My husband has a big dream of relaunching his music career in a special niche. I have been in awe, on the front row, listening to him compose, record and launch 25 songs in the last year and half*.
Now it’s my turn. I am in the beginning stages of writing a book, so I’m aware of the steps involved to launch something big. I think this process is transferable to any situation. The Laws of Manifestation, from the Hermetic Principles govern all of it. See if this helps.
HAVE A VISION
Start with the end in mind. Yes, you’ve heard this before, and it’s true. Everything starts with an idea – you mind has to be clear and focused on what it is with enough clarity that you can see the finished product. When you can imagine and think about what you want with some specificity, you are more likely to bring it into being. This is the Law of Mentalism in action.
Both Kinga and Lee have the idea of what they wanted clarified in their mind. I do too. I can see the book in my mind, I’ve seen it in meditation, and I’ve imagined it in all phases. It takes knowing what’s involved from the imagination to the completion to make something viable.
ALIGN WITH YOUR PURPOSE
If you want to have the fortitude to carry forth a big project, make sure it aligns with your sense of purpose. Being involved with something just to make money is not enough. It has to serve a purpose that is unique to you and your gifts. The Law of Correspondence (as above, so below, as below, so above) governs this. When your higher power (as above) aligns with your gifts, (so below) you become a powerhouse.
This is a very important concept. I have watched both Kinga and Lee use the gifts they have spent their lives developing to launch their big projects. There is no doubt that they can make it work. I see the same thing for me, the book is a culmination of ideas and work I’ve done for many years. I know it serves a greater purpose that I can deliver.
GET ENERGY BEHIND IT – FIND SUPPORT
If you don’t get excited about it and enjoy the process, you aren’t going to see it to the end. The energy needs to create a constant feedback loop that refuels you to keep moving forward. This energy also brings in others that can provide support and technical assistance. This is the Law of Vibration at work – which includes the Law of Attraction.
The more you get excited and feel positive about what you are doing, like Kinga and Lee are, the more you are able to bring in the right like-minded people to help. To think you can do something big all alone is folly. While you may need and want to hold the reins tightly in your hands, there is always need for help. Keep your energy high by surrounding yourself with positive support to keep it moving forward.
ACTION IS IN THE DETAILS
Ideas and imagination without a plan go nowhere. You need attention to the details to execute a project; it’s where the rubber meets the road. I’ve watched things fall apart without awareness on both aspects of a project. The Law of Gender says the initial imagination and thought about something is the feminine aspect of a project, the blueprint plans and action steps are the masculine. You need both, hand in glove, in equal proportion to create anything in life.
What I have loved noticing with both Kinga and Lee is that they have seamlessly taken their ideas and mapped out a trajectory of plans to bring it into fruition. Their projects are complex, with many stages over time, and each stage has multiple steps involving many people. Nothing is easy, yet when you are in alignment, it flows. I’m hoping for this flow for my book project as well.
Do you have a desire to launch something big? Keep in mind that the first four steps are crucial. Your idea should match your skill set and purpose, this alignment should keep your energy high and draw in the right people in to help. Your plans should have detailed plans to bring it into reality. These are the essential phases for manifestation – follow them and you’ll succeed.
