Don’t you love Spring, so full of potential, with an invitation to consider what is important? With flowers blooming, bird activity all around, the sun and air warm, you can literally feel the rise in energy lifting your spirits. What wants to happen in your life?
Winter was dark, something I had to push through, with grants, projects, and taxes all with pressing deadlines. Now it’s time to take a breath and consider what wants to be brought forth. I’m pausing for a minute; I hope you will join me.
Here are some things to consider:
YOU ARE YOUR OWN CREATOR/ARCHITECT
Sometimes it helps to be reminded that you have the reins of your life in your own hands – if you will only take them and use them with clear intention. It’s when you let them go, stop caring, or don’t take yourselves seriously enough that things become lax, stagnant, or uninspired. Let Spring be a visual reminder that you too can regenerate with new growth.
WHAT WANTS TO BE RELEASED
Notice where you feel stagnant or blocked. What wants to be released so you can make room for new initiatives? I’ve had my head down in books and papers for so long, I am breathing a sigh of relief gazing at Spring’s fresh beauty. I’m ready to regroup – there is inspiration all around.
WHAT WANTS TO BE INITIATED
What is tugging at you, pulling for your attention, drawing that wonderful rise of energy inside that tells you something wants to happen. Search for that lift in vitality that says “yes” to something new. Is gardening calling you, yes it is, or maybe it’s writing, an art project, learning something new, travel or rest and relaxation? Listen and respond. It’s time to consider what is important.
