Joy was evident at the Democratic National Convention and has created a flow of positivity that has swept the nation boosting Kamala’s campaign. Rather than worrying if it will last long enough to make a difference, try learning ways to create this kind of joy for yourself, so you can get in the flow. You will come to trust how this works.
The relationship between joy and flow is an energetic one, the uptick in your energy from doing things that bring you joy translates to your actions that create forward momentum. Like the analogy of floating on a stream, something that brings me joy, you soon find the current that moves you into the forward flow.
If you feel stuck in the backwaters, consider how joy can put you in the flow.
JOY CREATES ALIGNMENT
Joy creates expansion in your body and mind, making you more open, trusting, creative, courageous and willing. You are literally aligning with your true nature when you are joyous, stepping into your natural attributes. In contrast, consider how fear reacts in your mind and body – closing you up, making you defensive with distrust and paranoia, even shutting down your ability to think and process information. How much priority are you giving joy – don’t you want more?
JOY IS HOPEFUL
The energetic property of joy is like flipping a switch that brings in hope and forward thinking potential, the positive thought translating to positive energy. The Law of Vibration takes effect, transferring this positive energy to those around you and into everything you are doing. You become more open and receptive, attracting others who are in the same place as you. It is hard to resist hopeful potential – we all crave it.
FLOW OFFERS INSPIRATION
Your joy, openness and engagement put you into a flow that can generate new ideas, inspiration and opportunities. This is how you can make wanted or needed changes in your life, by following your own joy. It helps you think, notice and consider potential that didn’t seem possible before. Have more joy and notice what happens.
Let the DNC be an example of how joy can generate momentum that puts you in the flow. Reach out if you’d like support for this.
