Transformation is in the air with Spring, Easter, Passover, Ramadan and Vaisakh all happening at the same time. No matter your beliefs, there is an urge to reemerge from darkness with new energy and clarified intention. How are you responding to this push toward transformation?
Spiritual traditions tell stories of release from persecution to resurrection, from slavery to freedom, from fasting to feasting. While the histories are vastly different, the themes are similar. It’s the time of year when we move from the cold and dark into Spring with celebration. There is a corresponding rise in energy and surge of interest in being creative and productive.
We’re all at various stages of transformation. See if you ‘re honoring yours in ways that support positive change.
CLARIFY YOUR INTENTION
For any change to have impact, the intention needs to be clear and meaningful. Ask yourself what you are really intending with your plans, are they consistent with what you seek for yourself?
The idea needs to be compelling enough to give you energy to see it to its completion. I watch this with Lee and his music, as it takes new forms and with me in my book project, which is still in process.
ALIGN WITH YOUR PURPOSE
Transformation is most powerful on the heels of trials through difficulty. The deeper the despair, uncertainty, and hopelessness, the greater the meaning of your new path. These are the stories of Easter and Passover that still provide reason to celebrate today.
What story are you working through? Lee and I celebrate the freedom we have now after working in situations that no longer matched our values and intentions. Now our work aligns with our purpose.
MAKE YOUR ACTIONS MATCH
With clear intention and purpose your actions follow, flowing in a straight line toward what you seek. It’s alignment – without ambiguity or vacillation.
The energy of this alignment creates the vortex that brings your transformation into being. The more meaningful and important the intention, the more aligned to your purpose, the more your actions directly follow.
